"To be or not to be that is the question" Such was my dilemma when surveying the in the group and
the requests for various formats. Thriller or Farce?
Why not do both?
Se we have and I hope you will enjoy our brief sojourn through the dark and shady underworld as we chill
and thrill you just as I have been chilled and thrilled working with the cast members over the past weeks.
At the end of the show, with your rapturous applause, remember it is not only those on stage to whom you
address your plaudits for they would look pretty silly without costume, props, set, lights and all the
valiant souls who have done their part for this production unseen by you the audience.

The Play
On the face of it, prosperous business man Adam Fortune, his wife Helen, and daughter Susan,
waiting for the arrival of intended son-in-law, presents an ordinary domestic scene. But Adam
is too tense, Helen too nervous, and Susan, in the circumstances, too cool. With the arrival
of Richard it becomes apparent that all is not what it seems and Adam's business proposition
to Richard is, to say the least, unusual. The offer, however, is one Richard cannot refuse but
Adam's plans are thrown out of gear by the arrival of an unexpected visitor. Sinister, gripping
and exciting, the plot takes many unexpected turns and has the audience guessing to the end.
